School tuition management with admin panel, student portal and Midtrans payments.
Solo project
SUMMARY
Admin panel for managing students, classes, invoices, payments and financial reports, plus a student portal where students pay tuition through Midtrans or upload manual proof of payment. Email notices go out automatically for new invoices and successful payments.

KEY DECISION
Verified payment webhooks
Midtrans notifications are checked with signature verification, and every webhook is written to a payment log as an audit trail.
Role-based access
Five roles (Super Admin, Admin, Operator, Bendahara/treasurer, Student) with permissions managed through Spatie, so finance and academic modules are limited by role.
CONTEXT
Portfolio practice project, not deployed. Payments were tested in the Midtrans sandbox.
